Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. Orders are packed and posted within 1–2 working days of payment, and usually arrive 2–5 working days later.
- Delivery costs R99.00, and is free on orders over R750.00.
- You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Log in to your account at any time to see your order status.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Yoco, a South African payment provider. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and other supported methods. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements and personal care products can't be returned unless faulty.

Every product page has an “Ask a question” button. Send us your question (you can attach a photo) and our team will reply personally – you'll get an email when we do.
