1. About us

BodyHack sells health, wellness and research products online to customers in South Africa. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never see or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable.

3. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa by courier. Delivery times are estimates. See Help & delivery for current fees and times.

4. Returns

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. See Returns.

5. Batch testing and laboratory

Every batch of product we sell is tested by an independent partner laboratory before it is released for sale. Each batch has a unique batch number, printed on the product label, and its own Certificate of Analysis, which you can view on the product page or by scanning the QR code on the certificate.

Certificate results relate only to the sample tested from the stated batch. Certificates are issued by the laboratory through a secure system and cannot be altered afterwards; corrections are issued as a new, numbered version.

6. Product information

Information on this website, including videos, research links and results simulators, is general information and not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Some products are investigational and not approved for medical use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product.

7. Lab testing service

When you send us a sample for testing, you confirm that it is legal for you to own and post in South Africa and is not hazardous. Results describe only the sample you send.

8. Your account and privacy

Keep your password safe. We use your details only to process your orders, answer your messages and provide our services, and we do not sell your information. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
